How can I apply for access to the B2B portal?

If you are already an existing customer and have a valid email address with us, you can select the appropriate sales group above and enter your email address. The new password will be automatically sent to your email address within a few minutes. The sender is info@grandel.de; please check your spam folder if necessary.

I am not yet a business partner of DR. GRANDEL. What do I have to do?

Please fill out our prospect form and send it to us. We will get back to you on working days within 24 hours.

What is a sales group?

Our sales agents are organized into sales groups. Cosmetic institutes, hotels and spas select the "Institute + Spas" sales group, the specialist trade the "pharmacies" or "health food stores" sales group and the international business partners "DR. GRANDEL International", "PHYRIS International" or "Institute NL".

What email address do I enter?

You have entered an e-mail address in our customer database. Please enter them in the appropriate field. If you are no longer sure about the email address, please contact the office staff or write an email to institute@grandel.de.

How do I get the password?

On the homepage b2b.grandel.de click on "Forgot / request password". A new page opens. Select the appropriate sales group here and enter the e-mail address stored with us. Then click again on "Request password". The new password will be automatically sent to your email address within a few minutes. The sender is info@grandel.de; please check your spam folder if necessary. If problems arise, contact your office staff or write an email to institute@grandel.de.

I have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?

Can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time under "Customer data" and "Password management".
